What we do not process: data about minors, special category data (health, ethnic origin, religion, etc.) or private data that the creator has not made public for professional purposes.
Sources: creators’ public profiles on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X, obtained through their official APIs or manual review. We record the exact source of each data point.
Recipients
- Subscribers: when they export or use the data outside the platform, they are independent controllers.
- Providers: hosting, email and analytics, under data processing agreements.
- Outside the EEA: if a provider is located outside the EEA, we apply standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.
- Creators: if you object, we remove the profile within 72 hours and add you to a suppression list so that you are not included again.
- Complaints: you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Notice to non-registered creators (Art. 14 GDPR)
If we have created a profile for you from public information, we inform you within one month of creating it, or at first contact if earlier. You can claim your profile for free or ask us to remove it at txema@influencers.network.
