These conditions are accepted when you register or claim a profile.
1. Free profile
Creating, claiming and maintaining your profile is free.
2. Requirements
You must:
- be 18 or older;
- own the channels you link, or be authorised by their owner;
- provide truthful information about your audience, your prices and the markets where you can work.
We may ask you to prove that the channel is yours, for example with a code in your bio or by connecting the account.
3. Profiles created by us
We may create profiles with public information from your channels. You can claim, correct or ask us to delete your profile at any time. We will do so within 72 hours and will not add you again.
4. Your compliance
You are responsible for:
- labelling your collaborations as advertising;
- complying with gambling and advertising rules in every country where your content is seen;
- respecting the rules of the platforms where you stream;
- not promoting unlicensed operators in markets where a licence is required.
The information you give under “markets where you can promote” must be correct. You are solely responsible, together with the brand that hires you, for the content you publish and its legality. influencers.network does not publish or approve that content and is not involved in any unlawful use of the platform, except for managed services we provide directly.
5. Collaborations
Agreements you make with a brand are between you and the brand. We do not guarantee that you will receive requests and we are not responsible for brands’ payments, unless we have signed a specific agreement with you.
6. Sponsored placement
Featured visibility is a paid service. It:
- is purchased for set periods;
- is always labelled “Sponsored”;
- is not refunded once activated;
- does not guarantee a number of contacts or collaborations.
7. Content licence
You authorise us to display your name, profile picture, bio and links on the platform and in its listings, rankings and promotional communications while your profile is active.
8. Suspension
We may hide or remove profiles with false data, unlawful content or that breach these conditions.
9. Law
Sections 12 to 15 of the Terms of Use apply as relevant.
