Free profile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Creating, claiming and maintaining your profile is free.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-requirements\"><\/span>2. Requirements<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You must:<\/p>\n<ul><li>be 18 or older;<\/li><li>own the channels you link, or be authorised by their owner;<\/li><li>provide truthful information about your audience, your prices and the markets where you can work.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>We may ask you to prove that the channel is yours, for example with a code in your bio or by connecting the account.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-profiles-created-by-us\"><\/span>3. Profiles created by us<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>We may create profiles with public information from your channels. You can claim, correct or ask us to delete your profile at any time. We will do so within 72 hours and will not add you again.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-your-compliance\"><\/span>4. Your compliance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul><li>labelling your collaborations as advertising;<\/li><li>complying with gambling and advertising rules in every country where your content is seen;<\/li><li>respecting the rules of the platforms where you stream;<\/li><li>not promoting unlicensed operators in markets where a licence is required.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The information you give under \u201cmarkets where you can promote\u201d must be correct. You are solely responsible, together with the brand that hires you, for the content you publish and its legality. influencers.network does not publish or approve that content and is not involved in any unlawful use of the platform, except for managed services we provide directly.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-collaborations\"><\/span>5. Collaborations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Agreements you make with a brand are between you and the brand. We do not guarantee that you will receive requests and we are not responsible for brands\u2019 payments, unless we have signed a specific agreement with you.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-sponsored-placement\"><\/span>6. Sponsored placement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Featured visibility is a paid service. It:<\/p>\n<ul><li>is purchased for set periods;<\/li><li>is always labelled \u201cSponsored\u201d;<\/li><li>is not refunded once activated;<\/li><li>does not guarantee a number of contacts or collaborations.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7-content-licence\"><\/span>7. Content licence<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You authorise us to display your name, profile picture, bio and links on the platform and in its listings, rankings and promotional communications while your profile is active.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8-suspension\"><\/span>8. Suspension<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>We may hide or remove profiles with false data, unlawful content or that breach these conditions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9-law\"><\/span>9.
