Our commitment. influencers.network connects brands with creators. We do not offer gambling or accept bets. We believe gambling advertising is only acceptable if it is legal, aimed at adults and promotes responsible gambling, and we require the same from everyone who uses the platform.
What we ask of brands
- to operate with a licence in every market they target;
- not to target minors or self-excluded people;
- to include the responsible gambling messages required by each regulator;
- not to present gambling as a way to make money, a financial solution or a path to social success.
What we ask of creators
- to be of legal age;
- to label advertising and show the 18+ notice;
- not to present gambling with the brand’s money as if it were their own without saying so;
- to respect the rules of their platforms and of each country.
What we do
- Legal markets: each profile shows the markets where the creator can promote legally.
- Licences: we ask for the operator’s licence in managed services.
- Removal: we remove profiles or accounts that promote unlicensed operators or target content at minors.
- Reports: we handle reports at txema@influencers.network.
